Tom Rehn

Eddie Noble might be Jane Reilly’s son, but he’s also an accomplished South Australian chef whose passion for food began in the kitchen at just 11 years old! After training in some of South Australia's leading restaurants and spending a decade refining his craft in Melbourne, Eddie returned home to celebrate the incredible produce and flavours our state has to offer.

As resident chef on hello SA, Eddie combines restaurant-quality cooking with an approachable style, making delicious food achievable for everyone. From local seafood and seasonal produce to family favourites with a creative twist, he loves sharing recipes, techniques and the stories behind South Australia's incredible food producers.

When he's not in the hello SA kitchen, Eddie runs Noble Food and Pseudo Spaghetti, and continues to champion local growers, producers and the vibrant South Australian hospitality scene. Oh, and he loves his mum!
